The Rotary Club of Hutt City was the first rotary club in the Hutt Valley, it was founded in September 1943, and currently has 71 members. Today there are a total of 9 rotary clubs in the hutt valley.
The Rotary motto remains unchanged -
"Service Above Self".
Rotarians provide assistance for all types of people in the community, whether they are young or old, if a worthy project is identified you will probably see a Rotarian involved somewhere.
